A city mansion that quiets the mind
Five spacious rooms in a 150-year-old townhouse, two minutes from Onze-Lieve-Vrouweplein. High ceilings, chandeliers, and the basilica bells in the morning.
Sleep among paintings, beneath a chandelier
Hotel Lubrecht is not a big hotel, and that is the point. Behind the white facade on Hondstraat lies a nineteenth-century mansion with marble fireplaces, stained glass, old canvases and a staircase that looks out onto a quiet garden. A father and daughter welcome you in person, and then make sure you are left in peace.

Rooms
Each room has its own character: a marble fireplace, a view of the towers of the Basilica of Our Lady, a chandelier from the family collection. All of them have ceilings of almost four metres, a rain shower, a green marble basin and a bed guests write home about.

The house
A hundred and fifty years on Hondstraat
The house was built around 1875 as a family mansion, a few steps from Onze-Lieve-Vrouweplein. The tall rooms, the staircase with its stained glass and the fireplaces are still here. We added what a good hotel needs, and left the rest alone.
